Despite the apparent glamour of flying around the world, working on global issues with senior politicians and officials, the reality is that I had a very close brush with burnout.
Partly a result of my own drive and ambition over-riding self-care and looking after my own needs, and partly the result of working within a system that made it hard to feel confident, be visible and get my ideas across. It made me feel powerless and stuck.
That’s why now I’m so passionate about working with women like you - to help you build your resilience and find your power – so that you have more impact, lead with confidence and feel great doing it.
